1. Payment Methods

kotia.app accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR)
  • Electronic wallets (YuMoney, QIWI)
  • Fast Payment Systems (SBP)

Payments are processed through secure gateways: Stripe.

2. Prices and Currency

  • All prices are in US dollars ($)
  • Prices include VAT (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • Prices valid at purchase time remain unchanged for that transaction

3. Payment Processing

Payment process:

  • Select token package on pricing page
  • Fill out order form with terms agreement
  • Redirect to secure payment page
  • Enter payment details
  • Confirm payment
  • Instant token credit to balance

Credit time: Tokens are automatically credited within 1-5 minutes after successful payment.

Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an email notification with transaction details.

4. Payment Security

  • Payment data is processed according to PCI DSS standards
  • We do not store bank card data on our servers
  • All payments are protected by SSL encryption
  • 3D Secure authentication for additional security

5. Refund Policy

General rules:

  • Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase
  • Only unused tokens are eligible for refund
  • Gift (bonus) tokens are non-refundable
  • Daily tokens (100 free) are non-refundable
  • By using purchased tokens, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws

Refund calculation:

  • Refund amount = (Unused tokens / Purchased tokens) × Purchase amount
  • Example: Bought 11,500 tokens for $100.00. Used 2,000. Refund: (9,500 / 11,500) × $100.00 = $82.61

Refund denial conditions:

  • More than 14 days since purchase
  • More than 50% of purchased tokens used
  • Service rule violations detected
  • Attempted fraudulent activity

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us by email: hello@kotia.app
  2. Provide transaction ID (from email confirmation)
  3. Describe the reason for refund
  4. Wait for response within 2 business days

Refund timing:

  • Request review: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
  • Funds are returned to the same card used for payment

7. Failed Payments

Payment decline reasons:

  • Insufficient funds on card
  • Card blocked or expired
  • Transaction limit exceeded
  • Bank rejection (fraud suspicion)
  • Payment system technical issues

What to do:

  • Check card details and try again
  • Contact bank to clarify reason
  • Try another payment method
  • Contact support: hello@kotia.app

Important: Failed payments do NOT debit funds from your account.

8. Recurring Payments

Currently kotia.app does NOT use recurring (automatic) payments.

  • All token purchases are one-time payments
  • No subscriptions
  • No automatic charges
  • You have full control over your expenses

9. Receipts and Reporting

Electronic receipts:

  • Sent automatically by email after each purchase
  • Contain all data for accounting
  • Comply with 54-FZ cash register requirements

Receipt duplicate: Contact support with transaction ID.
